Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Court Garden Limited has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Court Garden Limited recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Court Garden Limited, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve despatched that product to you (the “Despatch Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Despatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.
Refunds and Returns
Should you change your mind about your order, Court Garden Limited operates a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy providing you return your order within 21 working days of the delivery of your order. This policy is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be given for the returned items (including original postage costs), providing they are in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.

After the ‘no questions asked’ 21 day period we will be happy to accept items for return in any of the following cases:
- The item was found to be damaged or faulty.
- We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.
- The item was incorrectly supplied.
- If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.

Items should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Court Garden Limited, and refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
Non Delivery
In the event that a despatched item is delayed or assumed lost in transit we cannot offer to replace or refund until:
- 3 business days after despatch if the item was sent via courier within UK
- 7 business days after despatch if the item was sent via ‘priority’ post within UK
Court Garden Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Court Garden Limited within a total of 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.
If you notify a problem to Court Garden Limited under this condition, Court Garden Limited’s only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.
Items should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them.

Security
Payments are secured by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which of these checkout methods are used. Recent surveys have shown that there is less fraud on the Internet than in real life situations (such as using your credit card in a department store or at a restaurant), and we’re confident that we are offering an extremely secure service. No security on the Internet is absolute, however, so we are unable to guarantee the security of any information that you share with us.
Jurisdiction
This website is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where the publication or availability of the website, or the promotions or offers, is prohibited and persons to whom such prohibitions apply must not use the website.
These terms and conditions are guaranteed by and constructed in accordance with English law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
